Here we are, another round of reviews in The Horror Show.
With 2014 behind us, we are super excited for what lies ahead! It's been a great year here at Horror Metal Sounds and there is tons of new horror around every corner and we can't wait to deliver it to you, the readers.
In this round, I review the first South African horror film I've ever watched, "Expiration", a tale of medical experimentation and terror. I also review an overlooked hidden gem of 2014, "Kristy", a cat and mouse flick with a nice twist that's sure to entertain you horror lovers.
PJ seems to have a theme this week with his reviews. Both are different takes on "reality television" type shows. He dives back into the world of puppetry horror in "Bad Chicken", the reality show gone wrong at the hand of...well, puppet chickens. Then he gives his take on the Ghost Hunter-esque film "Haunting of Cell Block 11" where everything that can go wrong does.
Maria reviews the fourth installment in the popular Rec series: "Rec 4, Apocalypse". I personally can't wait to see this one, I'm a huge fan of the series! She also gives her take on the creepy yet somewhat dissatisfying "Mama". We definitely see eye to eye on that one.
Billy takes a chance on SyFy's "Sharknado 2" and surprisingly, its his vote as one of the top horror flicks of 2014. Better check it out to find out why! Anybody remember the anthology horror film The ABC's of Death? Well Billy gives us the scoop on the follow up film, "The ABC's of Death 2." Two sequel reviews that you're not going to want to miss.
