THE HORROR SHOW - ROUND 19

Welcome back to The Horror Show!

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the delay in movie reviews. With three books launching in the very near future, my day job, and my recent bout with the flu, aka the plague, I've been out of commission.

But, fear not, because we have for you a very exciting round of movie reviews, so let's get to it!

Due to the plague I was unable to watch The Lazarus Effect as planned, but I promise I'll have that review for everyone in the next round of awesome reviews. But I do have two awesome reviews of some very cool indie films. The first, Summer of Blood, is a vampire comedy that you'll surely want to sink your teeth into. And the second is Ryan M. Andrews' zombie survival film, Sick: Survive the Night, a necessary watch for any zombie lover.

Who says you can't enjoy Halloween in March? Maria proves that you can enjoy Halloween at any time of the year with her review of The Houses October Built, a scary and fun found footage film.

PJ explores the monster documentary from Hatchet director Adam Green, called Digging Up the Marrow that any monster lover is sure to love. He also reviews the collaborative efforts of Brain Damage Films and Midnight Releasing, a little gem called Crazy Murder; be sure to check that one out.

Billy treats us to three reviews this round, with a very special review of a creepypasta Youtube film called Smudgemouth. If you're a fan of creepypastas then this will definitely be right up your alley. He also shares his feelings on the home invasion flick Come Back to Me and the psychologically mind-tripping film Comforting Skin.

As always, we hope you enjoy this latest round of the best horror reviews you'll find on the internet and help us spread the word by sharing on your social media site of choice.

Looking for a new film to watch? Then this is your place to find out what's hot or not in horror, only on Horror Metal Sounds.
