Boy have we been busy at HMS! We had a few minor hiccups since our last set of Horror Show reviews but we've ironed out the wrinkles and have built up a new review team. This week we bring you three reviews by our brand spankin' new reviewers, Billy Martin and Maria Kriva. Billy dives head first into Jug Face and Resolution, two very mind-trip type movies that he was quite fond of. (Spoiler Alert for Jug Face's review. Do not read if you're not into reviews with Spoilers.) Maria takes us to the theater with her review of Stage Fright, a horror-musical starring Meat Loaf? What could be bad about that?
We have an exciting first for you guys this week as well. Ben from Terrorphoria.com has done a guest post on his review of Oculus (recently released in theaters) and I also reviewed Oculus. We've decided to do a dual review this time around to show the comparison and contrast of two horror lovers and our different takes on the film as a whole. I really hope you enjoy!
Lastly, I review The Factory, a "based on true events" serial killer movie. I will also raise a spoiler alert flag on this one as well since it's claim to "based on true events" actually rings quite true. But I'd recommend checking out the review to also explore what exactly went on in the real world scenario that this great movie is based on.
