Welcome back to The Horror Show!
The review team is stoked to bring you another round of what's hot or not in horror, and from what we've been reviewing, it seems to me like 2018 is shaping up to be hotter than not. We've got a bit of a theme this week with most of the films being reviewed containing aliens, slashers, or the supernatural. So, without further ado, let's introduce the reviews!
I've got two awesome films this round for you, the latest installment in the Cloverfield franchise, "The Cloverfield Paradox" and the most recent Alex Garland release, "Annihilation" starring Natalie Portman.
PJ's got the fantastic "Victor Crowley," the newest film in the Hatchet series starring the beloved Felissa Rose and Kane Hodder, as well as indie horror flick "Bad Apples."
Robin covers the methed-out alien flick "Welcome to Willits" and delivers her thoughts on the more mediocre "The Axe Murders of Villisca."
Lastly, Maria covers the Netflix original "The Ritual" and the not bad but also not great "Devil's Gate" starring Milo Ventimiglia.
We think you're going to love this latest round of The Horror show, so dive in to the reviews and let us help you choose your next horror indulgence! As always, make sure you share with your horror loving friends and fam, and give us a follow on Twitter @HMSounds.
Stay tuned for the next round, and keep it creepy folks!
